  My wife and I bought a bogus vacation package deal that we got a refund for because none of the offerings were ever available. Fast forward at least 6 years and we get a maintenance fee for something we got a refund for years ago. Mind you we never once used the service. When we call the phone # to speak to someone about the fee you get full answering machine. We do not owe these people anything! Yet they are trying to extort $$ by submiting this to a collection agency that says they cannot talk to us either. BEWARE!!!! Sun and Seas are the scum of the earth. These people are worse than snake oil salesmen. They will do anything they can to screw you. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING EVER WITH THEM!!! You will be sorry. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau in Arizona and I will continue to do everything that I can to make sure noone ever does business with these scumbags. Best....Jon
